My work in esports has focused on building those foundations at both national and regional levels. As President of the Sarawak Esports Association and Deputy President of the Malaysia Esports Federation, I have worked closely with government bodies, industry partners, and community stakeholders to create sustainable pathways for athletes and support the growth of the digital ecosystem.
